Points for the things that matter

Admin sets points for each rule, per company: first login on time, delivered bills as a percentage of assigned, delivered value as a percentage, and a day with no shortage. The day’s points add up and map to rupee slabs you set.

A live estimate in the app

The Delivery Executive has an Earnings tab showing today’s running estimate, the last seven days and the month, with the status of each day and the points behind it.

Advanced rules for tighter control

The paid Advanced version adds timing norms from stock issue to start of delivery and from delivery to day-end, a score for geofenced deliveries, and a bonus for minimum DATs and value. It is switched on for chosen Delivery Executives.

Earned, Approved, Paid

Admin approves each day’s earnings and marks it paid with a reference, and the Delivery Executive sees the status. DFIE tracks the amount; the payment itself is made outside DFIE.

Discipline built in

An Admin flag at day-end verification, or breaching the shortage limit, zeroes the day. A simulator lets Admin test the rules on a made-up or a past day before switching them on.

Does this come with every plan?

The Simple points-based version comes with every version. The Advanced version is a paid add-on billed per Delivery Executive per month.

Is it on by default?

No. Admin switches it on for the company when ready and can test the rules in a simulator first.

Does DFIE pay the delivery executives?

No. DFIE calculates and tracks the earnings through Earned, Approved and Paid; the money itself is paid by the distributor.
