Attendance that reads itself off the field, not a register
Every Delivery Executive already starts and ends their day in DFIE to do their deliveries. Attendance is that same record read back — so there is no separate check-in to forget, fake, or chase.
A monthly roster for the whole team
Admin and Accounts see every Delivery Executive for the month in one list, with their full days, short days and attendance percentage side by side.
A calendar for each person
Open anyone’s calendar to see each day: bills delivered, total value, and hours worked from day start to day end.
- Six hours or more counts as a full day, shown green
- Under six hours is a short day, shown red
- A day still in progress gets no colour until it ends, so nobody is marked short mid-shift
- Several delivery assignments on one day are added together
The same view for the Delivery Executive
Each Delivery Executive sees their own calendar in the mobile app, with the month’s total of full and short days — the same numbers Admin sees.
