Proof of delivery for distributors: OTP, photo and location, switched on where you need them
Disputes about whether a delivery happened, or whether the cash was collected, cost distributors money. DFIE lets you require proof per company, so the evidence is there when a retailer disagrees.
OTP-verified deliveries
Require an OTP for credit deliveries, for cheque payments, or for any invoice above a set amount.
A photo at the door
Switch on a delivery photo for a company. The Delivery Executive attaches it at delivery, and Admin can see it against the invoice.
Geo Fencing
A delivery recorded too far from the customer’s registered address is flagged for review.

Can I require proof only for some companies?
Yes. OTP, delivery photo and Geo Fencing are each set per company.
Is the OTP sent to the customer?
Yes, to the customer on the invoice, who gives it to the Delivery Executive at delivery.
