Control where money usually leaks

Cash is counted by denomination at day-end, shortages are kept apart by type and followed until recovered, and per-person limits pause new assignments before a problem grows. Pending approvals show up as alerts for whoever needs to act.

Reports that come from the work itself

Sales by company, salesman, customer and product; cash, cheque and receipt registers; shortage reports; customer insights; GST reconciliation. Nothing is re-typed, so the reports match what actually happened in the field.

Does DFIE replace my billing software?

No. You keep billing in your existing software and upload the invoice batch into DFIE. DFIE then runs everything after billing: approval, stock issue, delivery, collection, returns and reconciliation.

Can I use it for more than one company?

Yes. Each principal company has its own settings, and reports can be seen for one company or all of them together.

Do my delivery staff need to install anything?

Delivery Executives and Store Keepers use DFIE as an app on their phone, installed from the browser. Admin and Accounts use it in a browser.
