Pay delivery executives for delivering properly, and let them watch it build
Getting a delivery team to use the app at the customer’s door is the hard part. DFIE turns the working day into points and rupees that the Delivery Executive can see, so doing the job right is also what pays.
Simple points, set per company
Admin sets points for each rule: first login on time, delivered bills as a percentage of those assigned, delivered value as a percentage, and a day with no shortage. Each company has its own rules and rupee slabs, and a setup can be copied from one company to another. A Delivery Executive who works for two companies in a day is scored for each on its own.
A live estimate in the app
The Earnings tab shows today’s running estimate, the last seven days and the month, with each day’s status and the points behind it.
Advanced rules, paid and optional
The paid Advanced version adds timing norms from stock issue to start of delivery and from delivery to day-end, a score for geofenced deliveries, and a bonus for a minimum number of assignments and value. It is switched on for chosen Delivery Executives and billed per Delivery Executive per month.
Earned, Approved, Paid
Admin approves each day’s earnings and marks it paid with a reference, and the Delivery Executive sees the status. DFIE tracks the amount; the payment itself is made outside DFIE.
Fair and testable
An Admin flag at day-end verification, or a breach of the shortage limit, zeroes the day. A simulator lets Admin test the rules on a made-up or a past day before switching the feature on, and it is off until Admin does.
