What is DFIE?

DFIE (Distributor Function & Intelligence Engine) is delivery and distribution management software for FMCG distributors in India. It runs invoice upload, approval, stock issue, delivery, cash and cheque collection, returns and reconciliation as one connected system, with live sales, shortage and GST reports built from the same data.

Who is DFIE for?

FMCG distributors and stockists who deliver to retailers with their own delivery executives. It gives Admin, Accounts, the Store Keeper, Delivery Executives and Sales Executives each a screen built for their own job.

Does it work on mobile for delivery executives?

Yes. Delivery Executives use an installable mobile app to accept loads, follow an optimised stop order, record deliveries and returns, collect cash, UPI or cheque payments, and close their day with a cash count by denomination.

How does DFIE handle cash collection and shortages?

Day-end cash is counted by denomination against what DFIE expects, and Accounts confirms the deposit against its scroll number. Shortages are kept apart by kind, go to the right person to approve, and carry forward against the Delivery Executive until they are recovered, offset, paid in or written off.

Can DFIE reward delivery executives for good work?

Yes. Admin sets points per company for on-time login, delivered bills and value, and a day with no shortage, mapped to rupee slabs. Delivery Executives see a live earnings estimate in their app, and each day is Earned, Approved and Paid. DFIE tracks the amount; the payment is made outside DFIE.

Does DFIE handle credit sales and outstanding collection?

Yes. DFIE lists outstanding credit customer by customer and bill by bill, lets delivery and sales executives record collection visits (also offline), counts and verifies each collection batch before it is approved, and supports follow-ups, write-offs with approval, and moving open bills from one collector to another.

Can DFIE reconcile GST and credit notes?

Yes. Upload your GST Sales Register and DFIE matches it line by line against every invoice and credit note in the system. Credit notes are reconciled invoice by invoice against what actually came back on returns, and companies that revise the bill instead of issuing credit notes are supported too.

How does DFIE protect my business data?

Each company's data is kept apart at the database level and checked again on the server on every request. Sign-ins expire and can be cut off within seconds when a user is switched off. Admin decides which screens, actions and companies each user can use. passwords are never emailed, and the sites set no advertising trackers or tracking cookies.

Can I try DFIE before paying?

Yes. Book a short demo, or request a free trial from the website. A trial comes with a sample company, ten customers and a user for every role, so you can follow one whole delivery day yourself. Once it is approved, your Admin gets a secure link to set up the account, and can clear the sample data and start with real data at any time.
